Information and inquiry handling
Privacy Policy
How the current website handles inquiry details, uploaded project files, tool results, source context and technical logs.
Information You Choose to Submit
Project inquiry forms collect the contact and technical details you choose to provide. These can include your name, company, country, email or messaging contact, water and bottle information, output basis, factory status, utilities, existing equipment, notes and an optional project file.
Tool Results and Source Context
The configurator and interface checklist can create a result identifier and summary. When you continue to an inquiry, that result can be included with the form. The site also records the source domain, landing page, current page, referrer, campaign parameters and submission time to provide context for the inquiry. Tool results and attribution values are kept in your browser session until they are submitted, reset or the session ends.
How Information Is Used
Submitted information is used to respond to your inquiry, clarify the project basis, coordinate relevant technical or supplier communication, discuss a requested proposal, maintain inquiry records and protect the forms from abuse.
Sharing and Project Coordination
Project information may be shared with selected equipment, engineering or service resources when reasonably necessary to answer your request. Do not submit personal, confidential or third-party information that you are not authorized to share.
Files and Security
The form accepts PDF, JPEG, PNG and WebP files up to 5 MB. The server validates the file type and size and hands an accepted attachment directly to the WordPress mail service from temporary storage; the theme does not add it to the public Media Library. No internet submission method is risk-free, so avoid sending secrets or unnecessary personal data.
Retention
The theme does not create a permanent WordPress database record of the inquiry. Submitted messages and attachments can remain in email systems, backups or business records for as long as reasonably needed to answer the request, maintain project continuity, prevent abuse and meet applicable obligations. You may contact us to ask about correction or deletion.
Analytics, Cookies and Technical Logs
This site uses Google Analytics 4 through the Google tag (measurement ID G-N5BBXKHLDK) to measure page views and site interactions. Google Analytics may use cookies and process technical usage information under Google's terms and privacy practices. You can control cookies through your browser settings. The theme also uses browser session storage for attribution and tool handoff. WordPress, hosting and security services may create essential session cookies and technical logs such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL.
Your Requests
You can ask about inquiry information associated with you, request a correction or request deletion, subject to identity verification and any recordkeeping obligations. Contact sales@allottech.com.
